Dr Little offers three levels of Sedation to help make your treatment more comfortable. Patients may choose a selection of either (Intravenous) IV Sedation, Oral Sedation, Nitrous Oxide or a combination of all three methods. Sedation Dentistry enables you to receive the dental care you require; easily, quickly and comfortably. Even the most highly anxious individuals can be treated successfully using this technique.
Sedation Dentistry enables patients in Portland and surrounding areas in Oregon to undergo complex dental treatments (which often require six to eight appointments) in just one consultation. Depending on your individual needs, Sedation Dentistry may last between 2 to 6 hours. You will be relaxed and at ease throughout the procedure. You are not unconscious at any time, just in a deeply relaxed state.
